• Terms & Conditions

  • > Indication, all items will be provided, but incase of any bad circumstances or due to serious matter
  •     items cannot be produce or displayed(luck by chance).
  • > Loss, breakage or damage charges will be paid by party.
  • > On extra demand or work or extra person, charges will be applied extra.
  • > Only 2 person is allowed in kitchen, and testing will be given to 2 person only.
  • > Company will listen to no one except family members.
  • > If any problem persists, directly contact to the authorized person. Needed action will be taken
  •     on complaints if necessary.
  • > Payment terms, 80% in advance before 30 days of function date, and remaining within 2 days
  •     after completion of function.
  • > (as per contract) party have to give us, kitchen mandap, water for making food, counters for
  •     serving food, toilet, proper place to make food drinking water for staff, and small things if
  •     needed(like mixer, charno, khaini paras).
  • > Except this, party can also decide which item they want to keep in menu. If same cost persists
  •     then we can put that item in the menu, other wise there will be variation in price.
  • > For juice/mocktail and bitting and mineral water service will be provided for half hr only and it will be
  •     limited stock for extra service and extra staff charges will be applied extra.
  • > 2 persons eating in one plate is not allowed.
  • > In emergency order or any changes if possible ,party must give time .
  • > No left over food in the chaffing dish will be packed.
